A lovely pair of gold cherub earrings! These dainty earrings are composed of 18k yellow gold discs, and displayawonderful portrait of a winged cherubin the center. Each cherub is portrayed gazing up at the heavens, chin resting in hand while deep in thought. The highly detailed cherubic portraits feature wavy hair, feathered wings, and soft facial features. The bottom of each disc is decorated with three small gold beads, which are fused together and do not move freely. The back of each disc is stamped "750" and features a small "temple" maker's mark. The lever backs are also stamped "750". Each gold disc hangs from a simple earring wire at the top, and the earrings are closed by secure lever backs.Perfect for the antique jewelry lover,these earrings wouldmake a special addition to any Victorian collection!
